PAYMENT OPTIONS

International orders will only be shipped to the

Print out an order form and mail with the payment.
Payments made by personal or cashier's checks will be held

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Books and CD's are shipped from the same location in Omaha, Nebraska. Art objects are drop shipped from the artist's studio and require additional packaging charges and insurance based on their value. Domestic shipments are included below. We will ship internationally via US Mail, but require you to send the address to which item ships and which item you are purchasing in order to provide a shipping quote. CMI requires 48 hours to investigate regulations for import of certain items and materials and will handle these shipments on a case-by-case basis.
Domestic Shipments of Books and CD's
(Includes continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories)
Processing time to shipping is currently 1 to 2 days. A small percentage of items, such as artwork or print on demand books, demand between 5 and 10 days. Packages ship when the order is complete. Orders are processed from our Omaha location, but shipping of art and certain books may come directly from the artist or author.

*Please note that while the overwhelming majority of packages shipped via Economy Mail arrive within the time specified above, in rare cases shipments can take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive. Economy Mail shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses can take 3 to 8 weeks to arrive.
** 2nd and Next Day Air:
Shipping time in business days (weekdays, not including holidays) after your order is processed.
Next Day shipments cannot be sent to Puerto Rico.
Next and 2nd Day Air shipments cannot be sent to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment of Art Objects
Ground shipments = $4.00 per pound + $5.00 per square foot for secure packaging.
Expedited shipments will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please email us to request a quote.
Please provide the shipping address, the piece you are purchasing and the speed with which you would like to receive it. We will provide a quote for shipping, plus insurance within 24 hours for domestic addresses, and 48 hours for international shipping).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
BOOKS
All our new books are new and in perfect condition — guaranteed.
By enforcing strict quality guidelines, we can guarantee that every book we sell is in new condition unless otherwise noted for one-of-a-kind items. If you're not satisfied, send us an e-mail or call to receive an RA# before you return the book in its original condition with unbroken spine and in resaleable condition within seven days of receipt, and we'll credit your account for the full amount of the title.
Please note that we do not accept returns on the following: orders for new books in quantities of 10 or more (of the same title); and orders for new books in quantities of 5 or more (of the same title) exceeding a sum of $300. New books containing software, CDs, DVDs, Cassettes, or other electronic media that have been opened are also not returnable.
DVDs and CDs
Unopened CDs and DVDs (still in their plastic wrap) are returnable within two weeks of receipt, in which case we will credit your account for the full amount of the DVD.
ART OBJECTS
Custom artwork made expressly for you is not returnable. If you are unhappy with a ready-made piece of art from this site, e-mail or call immediately to 402-301-4767 to allow us reasonable time to arrive at a solution that is acceptable to all parties.
